1. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders placed through our Platform are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post), subject to availability and applicable service coverage.
Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or receipt of payment, unless otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any delivery date provided at the time of order is an estimate and may be subject to change.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Nimbuz / SASDA Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, India Post, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, including in cases where delivery is delayed by the courier or postal service.
