Is it safe for newborns and infants?
Yes, when used with the children's mask on the lowest speed and with medication prescribed by your pediatrician. The device never heats liquids in nebulizer mode.
Can I use it with any prescribed medication?
It works with common saline, bronchodilator and steroid solutions. Avoid oil-based or suspension medicines unless your doctor confirms they are mesh-compatible.
How do I clean the mesh?
Add a few ml of clean water, long-press for 3 seconds, and let clean mode run. Rinse the cup and air-dry. Replace the mesh cup every 6–12 months.
How long does the battery last?
About 10 sessions of 10 minutes on a full charge. A full charge takes 90 minutes with any USB-C phone charger.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months on the device against manufacturing defects, plus a 7-day no-questions return or replacement. Masks and cups are consumables and covered for 7 days.
